Once registered, the secretariat will email you the payment instructions for the registration fee. You can register as attendee even if you have not submitted an abstract.

Early bird fee payment will end on 29th of April.

 

Abstract submission

The workshop is still accepting submission for POSTER presentations until  March 30th 2025 via the following link:

Abstract submission guidance: please fill in the form and submit a 1-page PDF file in Arial 11pt including figures.

Notification of acceptance: The organizing committee will notify selected participants for a contributed  poster by 15th April 2025 on an ongoing basis.
