The aim of the project is to reinforce the trust relationship between consumer and the whole agro-food chain, by enhancing the high quality of agricultural work to guarantee the citizen’s food security. To achieve this, Flosslab proposes CAFCha, a platform that, through the use of Blockchain technology and the possible deanonymisation of the addresses contained therein, allows to certify with a very high level of security, reliability and transparency the transactions within the agri-food chains, allowing the final consumer to have transparent and independent access to information on the origin of the purchased product.
